In recent years, the scientific base of Ukraine has undergone transformational changes. From one side, a variety of advanced technologies and innovative discoveries found their beginnings there. From another many modern scientists are not able to reach their full potential and succeed in their own country. The main reasons are a lack of technical support and mentoring from the government for innovative domestic projects. Max Polyakov, co-founder of Association Noosphere, is one of the science enthusiasts who supports the young generation implement their ideas in Ukraine and abroad. His goal is to create an appropriate environment for ideas-owners to freely share their projects in order to get quality advice and support from experts.

Noosphere Engineering School is a result of cooperation between several Ukrainian universities and Max Polyakov’s Association Noosphere. NES was founded in 2014 with the idea to build a strong education platform where each student would have an opportunity to easily communicate and share their knowledge with others and to work as team members to increase the productivity of projects. The biggest benefit of this partnership is the window of opportunity that opens up for students to receive professional advice from scientists of various specialisation.

The Noosphere Engineering School provides young scientists with various programs and directions to expand their knowledge of IT, Robotics, Electronics, Effective nature management, etc. The scientific labs were opened at universities in Dnipro, Cherkasy, Rivne, and Kiev. Recently, Max Polyakov has announced a new sphere of study at NES – the Noosphere Space Engineering School. Starting this program was the result of increasing interest in Ukrainian society in solving space research and exploration issues. At the brand new laboratories of Optimal Design, Manufacturing Technology and Non-destructive Testing, students will have the opportunity to create their own projects of suborbital rockets and using small satellites.

Since its establishment, Noosphere Engineering School, the brainchild of Max Polyakov, initiated a number of successful projects like the MyPolice App and ArtOS. My Police App was made with the idea to simplify communication between people and citizens in order to reduce the response time of police to emergency calls. ArtOS is an artillery fire control system and an asset in any country’s army.

Apart from the Noosphere Engineering School’s programs, Max Polyakov has initiated many science and technological events. One of them, Star Track Competition, was made with the idea of bringing together young developers in order to solve modern space exploration issues. This event was the first step to establishing and promoting a competitive ecosystem for startups in the field of space research as well as evolve the Ukrainian aerospace industry on the international scene.
