To Make IE Browser Better,Microsoft Targeting ’90s Kids
The latest IE marketing campaign is targeting twenty and thirty-somethings (Generation Y) by releasing an Internet Explorer ad called, “Child of the ’90s.” The clip brings back fond memories of slap bracelets, pogs, Lisa Frank folders, Reebok Pumps, 3.5″ floppy disks, Oregon Trail, bowl haircuts, and 56k modems to remind you how cool thing were back then.
Microsoft ends the video by saying you’ve grown up and so have we [IE Browser]. Take a look at the video below and if you wanted to give IE another shot you can download the latest version here and party like it’s 1999 all over again!
